Craft assembly scam targets people to sell their starter kits by providing false hopes of buying back the dolls or toys after assembly and at the end give n number of reasons to reject the order stating that it doesn’t meet the specifications provided.  Thus making the person will the assembled toys lying in the corner.

We can avoid such kind of scams if we go through the following points:

  • Information on the company you are dealing with is of outmost importance
  • It is wise not to fall for the gimmicks of making easy and fast money online.
  • One needs to be cautious if they receive any work from home opportunity from an unsolicited source, as 90 percent of them are fraudulent.
  • Do not pay unless the company is a genuine one.  For this research on the company is vey important.
  • It is wise to find out more about the work you are offered, with people who have already done it.
  • If you are buying any product or service it is very important to find out the refund terms and conditions.
  • Certain jobs require license or certifications like medical billing etc.  it is very important to know the legal aspect as you might get caught into a illegal web of practices.
